PHARxSIGHT's experienced consultants assess clients in a number of ways. We ride along with field representatives on sales calls, enabling us to see the client's sales model in action and observe interactions with customers. We also meet with Sales Directors and Managers to discuss the needs of their teams. Upon client's request, we pre-assess the sales force through online, written and verbal testing.

PHARxSIGHT then compiles and analyzes the results, validating the training need with the client.

PHARxSIGHT researches the most qualified medical writer, graphic designer, producer, distributor, trainer and project manager for the client's therapeutic area or disease state. We then send out requests for proposals only to those who have exhibited expertise and have practical experience in the client's particular field.

PHARxSIGHT utilizes experienced trainers who have facilitated teleconferences, product training workshops, soft skill workshops, train the trainer, business emphasis meetings, point of action (POA) meetings and assessments(written and oral) in areas such as:

PHARxSIGHT measures each trainee thoroughly after the completion of the training program through a comprehensive written and oral role play assessment in order to confirm that the sales representative is “field ready”.

Our role play tool, called DialogCoach, is a computer-based personal role play system that actually listens to sales people as they interact with a virtual customer.
