PHARxMETRICS™

PHARxMETRICS are customized surveys designed to meet the unique measurement needs of our clients where the data can be collected via an Internet platform. PHARxSIGHT provides the technology and associated support to collect and analyze almost any kind of survey responses.

The Business Need

Companies sometimes have the need to conduct special, unique surveys where complete flexibility is required in terms of items, multiple response scales in the same survey, and qualitative data collected via open-ended questions. Examples would include exit interview surveys, Level-1 evaluations following training programs, and customer satisfaction surveys. Collecting data via paper based surveys is usually very time consuming and costly, and it leads to a lower than desired response rate.
